Mr. Menezes assumed the position of CEO on January 01, 1974 and successfully led the Company during the turbulent period of the 70's. He has faced challenges head-on bringing a sense of Christian values to the Company's dealings.  He continues to confidently steer the Company in the 21^st century.

The Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Deodatt Singh is second-in-command to Mr. Menezes and, has the overall responsibility of ensuring that the Company's accounts are current and accurate.

Mr. Singh became Chief Internal Auditor when he joined on 1 May 1973.  He was promoted to Chief Accountant some years later during which time he was invited to become a Director.  Exactly seven years to the date of his joining, on May 1980, he assumed his present position.

Mr. Singh faces the future with confidence as he strives to ensure that the Company's accounting systems are fool-proof and serve us well.

Mr. Singh has direct responsibility for the Accounts and Credit Control Departments.

He brought to that position many years of experience in the shipping business and the Division continues to flourish under his leadership.  He is also responsible for security and premises.

Mr. Duncan was elevated to the Board on December 14, 1999.

He has an intimate knowledge of the operation of the entire Department and the marketplace which is evidenced in his successful management of the Department in these challenging times.

Mr. George joined Geo. F. Huggins & Co. in July 1981 as Floor Manager of what was then Buy Rite Discount Ltd.  He was later transferred on promotion in 1985 to the position of Marketing Manager, Petroleum Division to replace Mr. Raymond Isaac who retired that year.

With his knowledge and skills Mr. George continues to successfully steer Petroleum Division and aid the Company in achieving its goals and objectives.

Mr. LaHee has always been keenly involved in sports administration and is currently President of the Grenada Olympic Committee. He was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in her New Year's honours list for his services to sport.

Mr. Hood was very instrumental in overseeing growth of our pharmaceuticals operations, and of particular significance has been the close business collaboration crafted with Collins Ltd. of Barbados which has been instrumental in the secondment of several large distributorships. Of unique importance, of course, is the appointment of our Company as GlaxoSmithKline distributors. Charlie continues to make dramatic in-roads into the distribution of both OTC and ethical drug products.

Mr. Greaves initial appointment with Huggins was specifically in the GoodYear distribution operations within our Automotive Division. In short order he expanded sales volumes and dramatically rationalised profitability of this operation. He was transferred to our Office Services Division as Divisional Manager on March 22, 1999. Since his secondment there, Patrick has substantially grown the Division's business. Our Xerox, Riso, and Miller airconditioning business occupy top performance positions in Grenada.
