Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Service Technician – Office Services Division

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Respond promptly to service calls
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in solving equipment issues
  • Ensure operation of equipment by performing preventive maintenance
  • Prepare equipment maintenance reports
  • Effectively resolve issues to restore customers’ equipment to proper functionality/operation
  • Ensure that service calls distributed by dispatcher are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Electronics or Information Technology
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Holds a valid B class driver’s license

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A keen sense responsibility
